Unlike other MOSFETs BMS on the market, our BMS is designed with high current DC contactor with much higher reliability. Apart from the software protection, we have two layers of hardware protections: DC contactor and fuse. These protections ensure the cells will be well protected in the event of abnormalities.
We use A-Grade LiFePO4 Prismatic Cells, made with a hard metal outer casing. Built in pressure safety valve. UL1642 and TUV certified cells ensure long lifespan. Lifecycle up to 3500@80% DOD, 6000@60% DOD.
Our lithium batteries all use a custom “solid state” cell link Board. Designed, developed and made right here along with our BMS. The cell link board helps keeps the cells “Balanced” and links the cells together.
